Mac Repair Rates

We offer a free diagnosis. Once the diagnosis is complete we will send you a quote for your approval. If you decline to continue with the repair, there is no charge at all… the diagnosis is free.

Standard Service Charges

• Minimum Service Charge: $49
  • Malware Removal
  • Operating system update
  • Wiping drive and install fresh operating system

• Software Service Labor $89
  • Backup and restore
  • Software Troubleshooting
  • Data Transfer

• Hardware Service Labor $129
  • Installation of hardware in laptops or desktops
    • SSD upgrades
    • Screen Replacements

Onsite Service Rates

$80 – We charge $80 per hour for a technician to come to your home or office in Sault Sainte Marie, MI. You can see more information on our Mac Repair Onsite page.

$120 – We charge $120 an hour for a technician to come to your home or office in Los Angeles, CA.

Data Recovery Rates

$329 – We charge $329 when we successfully recover the data from your drive. If we do not successfully recover the data from your drive, there is no charge for the attempt.

$500 – iPhone Data Recovery charge when successful.
