A Boise client accidentally cracked the screen of their MacBook Pro. They had one of the newer M1 A2338 models, and they wanted the entire display assembly to be replaced with a genuine new Apple display.
It sometimes takes Apple a while to ship out the parts, but in this case, I received the replacement display assembly in 3 days. After installing the new display and contacting Apple to complete the system configuration, the computer was ready to go and as good as new.
