MacBook Pro 2017-2020 Data Recovery Attempt

This service is for us to attempt to recover data from a MacBook Pro made between 2017-2020. These models have the SSD built into the logic board with no data port on the board. By selecting this service you agree to pay $599 if we are successful in recovering the data from your Mac. If we are not able to recover the data, there will be no charge for the attempt. Please note that we are not able to offer unerase services at this time. If you erased the data or restored your Mac, we are not able to get any of that data back.

Turnaround time: The Mac data recovery attempt will usually take about 2-4 weeks.

Shipping options: If you are utilizing our mail-in service note that we cover return shipping via USPS priority mail which is a 2-3 day service. You have a couple choices for shipping your Mac to us. You can pay for the shipping to get it to us and use any method you like, or you can choose to have us send you a padded shipping box that includes a fedex ground label to get the Mac to us for $25.

Warranty: We will need to alter the hardware of your Mac during our recovery attempt. Please note that any manufactures warranty could be voided. Before giving your data back to you we will send you a listing of the files recovered. Once you agree to this listing you pay the total due and we will have it ready to ship out as soon as possible. We store recovered data for 1 week (to allow you time to get it backed up). There is no warranty on our data recovery service.
